Great flavor
Not as solid as other pellets that I have tried but burns good. Not real smokey but the flavor was GREAT! Maybe I'll try some mesquite mixed in but I could go straight competition again, I can't wait to try it on other proteins...Great price...I have a Pit Boss 820fb and these are the first PB pellets I have tried, will try others. I'd say these burned similar to Cabelas which were much tighter but no more efficient.

Satisfied Customer
I'm new to pellet grilling so thought I'd start with a blend. Have not been disappointed. I use apple chips with my traditional smoker, so this blend is a nice change in flavor. Pellets are solid and burn nicely. Haven't had any problem keeping the grill at 320 even in 45 degree weather.

Best choice for the price.
These wood pellets to me are the exact same as the trigger wood pellets. A fraction of the cost and you get a larger bag. I would definitely recommend anyone using a wood pellet smoker to go to Walmart and buy theirs.

Great Product
Great product, slow burning, long lasting, low Ash, wood pellets, adds that needed touch of smoke to all my grilled meat,, I will purchase again

Great pellets
The product is great. My order was "held up" for some unknown reason and I had to cancel it and reorder after 2 weeks of trying to solve the issue. The pellets only cost $29 at the time, though.

mild smoke flavor
this is the only PitBoss pellets I have tried, because it's the I found available locally. It produced a nice subtle flavor on the pizza and bacon wrapped fatty. I have tried other flavors from other manufacturers with good results, but the CompetitionBlend is my go to when trying something new and different.

Great smoker pellets but may want to pickup @store
Good pellets that provide smooth smoke that does not over power your food. My issue lies in the shipping, the bag of pellets simply had a shipping label stuck on it directly - no box. The first pack arrived with two holes torn in bag that had been taped up somewhere along the line plus two additional holes torn and leaking pellets upon arrival. Hoping when the second bag arrives it is in better condition. So basically great pellets for your smoker but may consider picking up as the shipping is questionable. Get some and enjoy a BBQ this weekend!
