Platinum Series Aquastretch Expandable Garden and Auto Hose With Holder

So far this has been a great hose for keeping my patio plants watered, my yard has too many foxtails to use it out there, it has a cloth like cover that would get full of stickers very fast. The hose actually has a nice little rack and I was able to use some strong wire and hook it up to a post for storage...I may get another for the side of house to be able to wash the car and water the raised bed garden...it is VERY lightweight and doesn't seem to kink or tangle at all!

This is perfect for light washing needs around the house. I love that its light and easy to carry. The hose wraps very nicely around its holder and keeps it easy to use when ready. The holder is attachable to a wall, but, I am not using it in that way. It is worth it's price and I would recommend buying it.

This is an awesome little hose. It's cool that it comes with its own holder. I installed it yesterday, very easily installed. Filled up in just a few seconds. And when I turned off the water, it shrunk up almost to its original size. It is so compact and I love it. I've had a lot of bad luck with hoses that claim to be kink free. This doesn't seem like it will be, but we will see.

These are decent to own if you are willing to make concessions, and take the time to use them in the most efficient way. 1. Do not over stretch them 2. The protective fabric will fray if rubbed against rough surfaces 3. They need pressure to expand, Put a nozzle on that you can adjust, let it expand, and don't let out too much water at once or it will start shrinking. 4. When finished shut off the main supply and let it retract and hang it back in place. 5. Enjoy!

I have several of these hoses and they are perfect in the winter when my other hoses freeze. I could not live without these as I have to fill up water troughs for horses and goats. These don't freeze like the other hoses - easy to roll up, drain out water, put in the barn. Quality- isn't the best, but they are great in the winter!

From what I have seen so far, it seems to be a pretty good hose. It does happen to require some pretty significant water pressure for expansion. That said, if you use a sprayer attachment of any kind, the pressure that builds up from that will make it expand

I would say the pocket hose I got last year at Home Depot is a better value being only a few bucks more. It comes with the turn off at the end and the pressure attachment. It kinks way less as well. That being said this is light weight as well and since I am using it for watering for plants and a typical spray attachment for that it's fine. If you are looking for a pressure spraying hose (I use it to clean the boat) then go with the pocket hose silver bullet hose

My hose arrived fast after I ordered it. Unfortunately, not only was it a different color than the picture, but there was also a pull in the outside fabric weaved wrap on rhe hose. It was supposed to be gray in color and I got red. I don't want a red hose hanging on my green house!

I've purchased two of these hoses. Neither made it through the season. One started leaking throughout the hose within two weeks of having it. The other made it a few months but is already leaking throughout the entire hose. Purchased both in April and I'm writing this in September. They'd be great hoses if you could make them to last. Use was minimal and definitely wasn't used roughly by any means.

I like the red color and it was light weight, easy to handle. Unfortunately, only after one use, I notice there is a running of the material and serious leaks from inside. I am not sure if it is material defect of this particular one or the product in general.
