Love Love Love this PS5. it was our one big family gift, my husband and I do for the kids every year. I was on it more than the kids were, for at bout the first 2 weeks then I let them have at it. my kids love it. I really like the screen record that helps with saving games.

I never upgraded to a new console. I stayed with my ps3 and xbox one which i got as a gift. I didn't ask for one because i knew how much ot is. the kids were in middle school when I got got xbox. now. its loud, buzzing to bad, mom push me buy myself something, so i did, thankyo. everything is big when i played. im download fortnite now...I love it

Love Love this Ps5! Coming from a Xbox the system itself is exceptional in every way! Graphics, screen usage and controls! The controller is top notch and is superb over any other system! Sleek and gorgeous box! It was a gift for my son and I’m taking control of it! lol! I’m buying my own controller just for mom! Now I’m no fanatic on game systems or on other details on anything else, but I’ve played both. Think I’ll stick to this, I’ll learn as I’ll go! won’t be going back to an Xbox!

In the beginning, it seemed to work OK, but I’ve only had a short time and it is overheating while I play Disney Dreamlight valley. It has cut itself off and shut down the PlayStation on a few occasions and I noticed that it is getting out of time when it syncs to the cloud storage. I thought I was buying a new device but now I am wondering if this was a refurbished because there are definitely some problems and I haven’t even had it a month. The first time I bought a PlayStation device I bought it from GameStop and I did not have these kind of problems. I bought the PS five this time, but I am not liking when this thing is getting out of sync and overheating. Tech support should look into this because it is very much interfering with gameplay. There is no obvious external damage anything wrong with it is with the actual internal workings and it needs tech-support or a replacement would be nice. I doubt very seriously a 65-year-old lady such as myself is burning this thing up playing a Disney game so something is wrong with it

The delivery driver keep in touch with me as he was en route and that was fine. I was not happy that Walmart didn't put the item in a box. There was a strong possibility that it could have been stolen because it wasn't in a box exposing what the item is to everyone. Suggestion: regardless of the item please put it in a box. It is a Christmas present for someone and that person could have been very sad come Christmas morning and I would have been out a piece of change. 🙁

Item was stolen by Walmart spark driver. Showed Walmart pictures and videos and I was still not able to receive a refund! I wouldn’t suggest anybody purchase this item online. Walmart will not refund you for troubles caused by their spark driver. I think Walmart should have never let a driver deliver such a high price item. I’ve called multiple times and have been lied to about receiving a refund in which I haven’t received! I’ll never order anything online at Walmart again. Picture below is how item was placed at my door. Driver left and drove around the corner and had someone steal this off my porch 3 minutes later! Called police which verified there are no burglaries in my neighborhood meaning this was an inside job with Walmart’s very own spark driver. Once again, never received a refund through Walmart. I contacted the exact Walmart where my item was delivered from and they confirmed this item was suppose to be in a white privacy bag in which as you can see in the picture, it is not! Yet and still Walmart still did not issue a refund when they can clearly see their very own spark driver tampered with my item and had it stolen off my porch!

I was sent a used PlayStation and Walmart refused to assist me in returning it. The box was ripped when I received it. I questioned the delivery person and he said that’s how it was given to him. Now I’m stuck with a used and possibly defective item.
