PlayStation Store $25 Gift Card [Physical]

We were told that delivery was on our front porch. We picked it up open the outside package. Everything on the inside literally have been mutilated the gift card included. It was a birthday gift for my grandson. I was too embarrassed to even get onto him. I would not order these online.

Went to redeem the $10 gift card that I just bought and had to pay a $7 tax just to get here from walmart and it didn't work. "No longer valid," since I just go this thing I find this pretty ridiculous. This all feels like a massive scam from Walmart. Next time I get something, I'm just gonna get it in person because this is dumb.

Bought my granddaughter a $100 card and a PS 5. When she tried to use the card it kept saying it was invalid. I contacted the store and they said it was non refundable and my issue was with Sony. I called Sony for 2 days before I got a human and they said that they could see the card but it hadn't been purchased yet. I went back to the store and they said if they ran it through a register it would make their drawer short. I told them I felt robbed and went home. That just didn't sit right with me so I went back again to the store and asked for someone to reason with me why I had the physical card, the receipt showing the card purchase, and a case number from Sony saying the card wasn't activated and still couldn't get them to activate it or give me another usable card? Finally a supervisor said just give me a new card and she would take care of the over ring. I shop with Walmart excessively and I believe I should be compensated with an apology and a gift card or another PlayStation card for the gas for several trips to the store because I Live in Forrest City but the purchase was in Wynne. Also I was embarrassed because the first encounter with workers was that I “must've picked it up thinking it would work without paying for it “ until I produced the receipt and matching card. Mind you I was still sent home with no compensation.

Do not buy!! these do not work!!! Called Walmart customer service %26 they said to call PlayStation!!!

Didn't work and says you can't return!! Bad purchase!!

I ordered 2 of these physical cards online. They never arrived!! Yet it showed delivered with no pictures. I contacted customer service 3 times. The first time they said I would hear something from the resolution team. After not receiving an email or call I reached back out. The second person said I would get a refund. Then a couple days later I received an email saying my refund was denied “due to violation” what violation??? I called and the person said they didn't know and had no way of finding out. Once the resolution team makes their decision that's it. I even was okay with taking a replacement or gift card, nope. So now I'm out $150 and short on my kids Christmas gifts. I'm so frustrated and disappointed with Walmart. I spend so much money with them. They do not care. I even had proof on my ring because I left my house 2 minutes after alleged delivery time and you can clearly see in my video that there was no package.

I bought a $100 gift card for my grandson. It was delivered. I added to his gift and tonight he opened it and tried to use it. They scratched the number off and it said it was already used. No one had possession of it but me. No one scratched it until my grandson and son tired to use it. He was SO disappointed.
