This is the closest I'll ever get to my grandpa's plum jam. None of the various jellies/jams here in the US come close.

So good!
I'm a huge fan of plum flavored candies %26 treats, so when I saw plum butter exists, I had to get this! I love how it's sweet, but not overly so. So far I've had it on toast with butter, which is fantastic. I've used it to add sweetness %26 a great flavor profile to stir frys. I've also mixed with soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, roasted sesame oil %26 sriracha for a nice dipping sauce for egg rolls (would be awesome for chicken tenders %26 fries as well!). I'm also really interested in finding some great Eastern European recipes to try this out in.
