The key doesn't work - We installed it and the key wouldn't turn.

Defective item
Don't waste your money. This door knob would not lock. However, the latch went in and stuck when we closed the door. Could not get it to reverse. We had to tear off our door frame to remove this knob. I am returning it to Walmart.

While installing, it broke in my hand. The price was right but in this case you get what you pay for…
