Clean
I've been taking Pomegranate for over a year. Due to varying supplies at Walmart I've tried a few brands. My focus is Clean products and I was taking 400mg average. Carlyle Pomegranate Extract | 11250mg | 100 Capsules | Traditional Herb is definitely going to be an addition to my supplement arsenal. Good fresh product and smaller capsules (love). Carlyle also uses smaller bottles so less plastic waste (love) I definitely recommend them.

Pomegranate recommended by my Urologist
Recommended by my Urologist to supplement for enlarged prostate issues. They were "against" saw palmetto, but "for" this. I honestly don't know if it is effective or not as I changed my prescription meds at the same time.
