I needed both, getting it in one pill.
My feet were cramping, and I read that it was due to low potassium. My blood work came back that said I was low on iodine. This is the perfect little mix.

Potassium and Iodine in 1 tablet
We chose this supplement because besides the potassium, iodine was also included. We are on carnivore diet and this gives us the extra elements we need.
