PowerSmart 4400-Watt Powered for Outdoor and Home Use, EPA Compliant Gas Portable Inverter Generator

Arrived as stated, filled it with oil and fuel turned it on and pulled the cord twice started right up. Plugged my camper in as a test run turned the ac down ran it for over 5 hours and it did exactly what I wanted. Never missed a beat. Changed the oil immediately afterwards and now it's ready for remote camping.

My husband was shocked at how small it is compared to his last generator. It started right up for him though so he was happy. It wasn't easy for me to pull though and I wasn't able to start it by myself but I have health issues that prevent me from being able to pull the cord hard enough. Worth noting my husband also has had 2 spinal surgeries and he can still do it so don't let my weakness stop you. It's a good little generator. Doesn't come with oil fyi.

I have purchased 2 of these, the first one vibrated so bad that it literally broke all motor mounts , it even broke the gas tank "ears" that attached to the frame. I had to adjust the valves after about 50 hours of use, ( would not start) the second generator I returned upon reviewing, it was damaged after packing either at factory or in shipping. thin plastic control panel was busted and hanging off of generator. the one I kept, worked as far as powering as described, just wish it was built better. works in a pinch but for sure not a long term generator.

Was delayed several days. Had to end up going to the FedEx station and strongarming them into giving me the item. Called WM customer support first and they said it wasn't their problem. The station was false scanning weather codes on packages they didn't want to deliver due to driver attendance. The package was also scanned on van for delivery when it never left the station. Also, a delay in the beginning was caused by an unreadable barcode from the Walmart DC at origin. The generator arrived so late my power was restored by the time I could get it. Had to pay for hotels in the meantime.

I purchased the item it says delivered on November 11th but I didn't get the item. The name of the person it says sign for the package no one is there by that name. Also there is no delivery photo as proof that it was delivered. I requesting a refund for what I was charged since I didn't get the item.

I bought this to power my compound that I live and the pull cord is already broken after two weeks of use and then the choke control has come off so it still runs but it doesn't work the way it should I have tried calling the company and it's hard to get ahold of anyone

it was very loud too loud to be in like a trailer park or a campground it GULPED gas by the gallon kind of seem to bog down easy and sputtered and stuttered when there really wasn't anything even hooked to it IT ARRIVED REALLY LATE AND COST US AT LEAST $100 $250 IN MEATS AND EGGS AND PERISHABLES AND WALMART WOULD GIVE ITS AGENT NO MORE POWER THAN TO GIVE US A $15 CREDIT

Received this generator and read the instruction manual before adding oil and gas per instructions. And the generator would not start. Placed a call to customer service and no one answered. Left a message and have not received a phone call back. Drained oil and gas and will be returning to Walmart.

this product was supposed to be at my house December 9th and I still haven't got this product and they don't give me no information on tracking it's I think it's non-professional pretty upset and I think it if they need to pay me my money back I would not recommend whoever to buy this product from seller and I can't believe Walmart could put their name behind this pretty sad

The generator had the front panel cracked at the top and the bottom when we unboxed it. We followed the return procedures on the Walmart app and took it to a store to return. The store told us we have to send the generator through Fedex to get a refund, which is not what the app said to do. The email with the return label hasn't been sent to us yet to drop off the generator at a Fedex. This has been a very negative shopping experience this far and would not recommend this purchase.
