It looked as if it was brand new! Very happy!

The phone itself arrived in great condition there are no major visible signs of us. The storage is much bigger than my last iPhone. However the battery capacity is only 74% so I know the same issue that occurred when I bought this phone will eventually happen to this one too. The purple is pretty. Oh the most annoying thing was when I inquired kiss electronics the seller of the iPhone about the one her appl warranty that was advertised with purchase suddenly disappeared on the ad literally as I was looking at it. Damn. When I asked the seller when the warranty starts the ad literally changed on my screen and reloaded to an advertisement of this purchased phone without the Apple care warranty for one year attached to the title like it was before it was really odd and bothered me because that's one of the main reasons why I bought this phone from them specifically was to be sure I had a warranty

I ordered this for a replacement for my 85 yr old Momma and it has held to all you said it would. I received it in a timely manner and with no surprises of additional damage other than what was noted in the ad. I would definitely refer this group to anyone looking for an upgrade or replacement but can't afford the wholesale cost. Plus, in these times, why pay wholesale whether you can afford it or not. Buy refurbished from reputable companies. Like Betco Sales.

Arrived in perfect condition. Set itself up except for transferring to T-mobile- I expect it's running on my home network for now and i will get T-mobile to set it up later. Quite pleased with it. Had for one day. Arrived quickly as well.

Everything has gone well & smoothly with transferring my old phone's information. This new device so far seems to work great, and I appreciate all of the accessories that come with it!

Well so far it seems the speaker is not as loud as my old phone when playing music. It came with the wrong charger. Idk if the earbuds work. And I think I can only talk on speaker but it was a bit of a hassle to get set up so now that it's set up after 3 days I'm planning to keep it and hope for the best.

I’m not sure if it work yet but this is the second used iPhone 11 I’ve brought I just got one off amazon it looked brand new. This phone has so much dirt and crumbs in the bottom of the phone the screen is extremely scratched up not sure how the sound is going to check it out but I won’t be buying from them again. I mean if you put a case on it and screen protector it’ll work because the mic and everything work camera is clear but $312.00 is to much for this phone to look the way it does should’ve been $199.00 I got it for my daughter’s Christmas gift hopefully she’s so happy she won’t care about the scratches

I can't hear holding phone to ear but works fine with speaker phone. Volume is turned all the way up and I can't figure why it sounds muffed, very low so I have to use speaker which is inconvenient when having a private or sensitive conversations. Frustrated to say the least to get it all set up and realize it's flawed sound/volume or whatever it may be because all else good so far expect that and I'd like to have privacy.

Ive been trying to call people and they can not even hear me. I even tried to voice record my self and i couldnt hear anything except me blowing into the mic i am highly disappointed in my purchase i will not reccomend to other people and i will be conducting a refund this is not OK at all Bad for your business

Terrible product, terrible customer service. Phone scratched real bad and deep. Walmart needs to tell customers they cannot return this phone to aa store
