This cabinet was very easy to assemble - it didn't have a zillion parts that were confusing from the get-go. I was also impressed because it was very sturdy. It's perfect in my daughter's small utility area, sitting right next to her small stackable washer/dryer - it's a narrow room, so the 16-inch width was just perfect! I also liked the fact that the hinges could be placed on either side (they are "European-style" hinges, so they are on the inside, adjustable, and easy to install) so you could have the door open in the direction you want. She was able to put her vacuum and a small trash receptacle inside, and all her laundry supplies on the one shelf we installed in the lowest position in the cabinet top portion. The ONLY thing to be aware of is that the item in HEAVY (70lb box) so be careful! Also, try to assemble close to where you will want it due to the weight (unless you have some good strong help!). I purchased the broom cabinet online and it was delivered to a Walmart near my home. The cabinet has some weight to it (70+ pounds), so if you are picking it up by yourself you may need some help. It will not fit into a compact car. It was very easy to assemble, which I did by myself within an hour. However, a helping hand to hold the pieces in place would not hurt. I am able to fit a bucket, mop, and broom in the cabinet. I wish it was a little bit bigger, but it serves its purpose for now. I would recommend this cabinet.

Super easy to put together, I did need a second set of hands a few times to flip and carry. Its not light. Love that the shelves are totally optional and moveable. I used to clean up clutter in laundry room and needed the full height. Its a great looking storage solution at a reasonable price and made a huge difference in how my space feels. Now have to stop myself from getting like 10 more

Very good quality easy to assemble looks very good

I bought this for an empty nook in my kitchen. I skipped the shelves and use it for a broom and mop closet. My vacuum fits perfectly also. I added a few hooks inside for hanging the brooms and other miscellaneous things. I put a pretty basket on top for the vacuum attachments. Its exactly what I wanted and needed.

I needed a small closet for my kitchen that wasn't too wide or too deep. Most were to wide to fit in the space I needed, or were too deep, or they had shelves that weren't removable. This item was perfect! I now finally have closed storage to keep my broom, steamer mop and vacuum cleaner out of sight in the kitchen. It comes with 2 shelves that I just left out. Fairly easy to put together. It was missing 4 of the 12 confirmat screws, which was annoying (and hence the 4 stars), but I had some random screws hanging around and made it work. It looks streamlined and clean in my kitchen, exactly what I was looking for.

It just is not what I think is appropriate and it only comes with two adjustable shelves which I kind of knew that, but why are there placements for three so that was kind of confusing to me.

The reason I gave this a 3 star review is because the picture of the product shows 3 shelves but (which I didn't read) was the description says there is only 2 shelves that come with it. I would think that the picture should match the description.

This product was unique in that its a freestanding unit that can be assembled without the shelves and used a broom closet. I read the mixed reviews and bought it anyway because I couldn't find anything else that worked for anywhere near this price. I also liked that it had a small footprint so I could fit this in my kitchen. Many utility closets that I found that were tall enough to fit a broom were just too large for my space. The worst part of this unit was the white finish. On the door, it was bubbly and most of it peeled right off before we even assembled the piece. Thankfully it was the inside of the door and we had some white paint to cover it up. You can still tell if you look closely. If this wasn't so heavy and hadn't been so hard to find, I would have returned the piece right then. The assembly was a bit difficult. My husband and I moved into our house recently so we have been assembling lots of furniture lately and I have to say, this was trickier than most. Grab a drill and a person who is decent at putting together furniture before you start. Unsurprisingly, this is particle board so you have to be careful. If you don't pay attention and screw things in incorrectly, you will tear up the wood. Once assembled, the piece is sturdy enough and appears as shown. My husband and I added in some hooks for extra organization so it suits our needs. It has space for a bucket, a small vacuum and a few brooms or mops. I included a photo of the messy contents of my closet for reference.

One of the sides was scratched. The handle to the door was missing. Now I have to go buy a handle...
