If needed, there is no better ointment
Excellent ointment, but got lost in shipping. I was issued a refund. A few days later it arrived. When I checked with Walmart I was told (in writing) that I need not return it despite refund received. I through away the packaging. One week later I received an email stating that they now wanted it returned or I would be charged! Which is it??
