Presto® 07080 Pan Gogh™ Griddle and Pancake Kit

My daughter got this for her birthday so we decided to try it out. It works really well and she's been enjoying making food on her griddle while I supervise. I would've given 5 stars but we were disappointed there's only one template included and have to order more. Also one of the batter bottles had a hole in the bottom so we tossed that one.

My 7 year old loves this so much. I know its just a glorified griddle. However, the non burn edges and perfect pancake recipe for the squeeze bottles made my kids beg me to let them cook pancakes every weekend. If you don't mind ingesting a lot of food coloring and pancake "oops" then by all means let them cook. (make sure you use the blender for mixing. Lumps = frustration.)

I bought this griddle a little over a year ago and we still have lots of fun with it... well, my girls mainly as I am not “allowed” to touch it. My girls (almost 6 and 10) love competing by creating and copying each other's pancake masterpieces. They can be at it for over 2 hours straight. I end up eating most of their creations and get full for the rest of the day lol. Griddle heats up evenly and very easy to clean. It cannot be used on surfaces that are not heat resistant. I place ours on top of the large cutting board on the kitchen counter. The cord is very short but it's not an issue if you have an extension cord. This griddle can be used to make toasts, eggs and grilled cheese but I prefer using it for pancakes only to keep it's surface intact. Keep in mind this is not a toy and full supervision and guidance needed while younglings using it.

I am only rating this a 3 stars for now because it is a Christmas gift for someone, so we haven't tried it yet. (I will submit an updated review if I believe a change is warranted.) It was listed at a great online price, was delivered quickly (although the packing tape was not wide enough on the shipping box and had popped open quite a bit), and the item packaging is in good shape. The product looks like it will be perfect as the intended gift. Time will tell if it functions well, but the reviews looked promising.

I bought this for my granddaughter. She liked the funny pancakes. However, the colors ran together. Final result was nothing like the advertised picture.

My son loves this griddle, he loves to make pancakes and it entertain all morning long. He's Autistic and it shows him how to be creative and learn to cook as well.

I bought this item for a Christmas gift for my granddaughter and I asked my son (her father) what he thought and he said it would be a wonderful gift, she would really enjoy making pancakes.

The kids love they can create by themselves the black part stays cool but the griddle obviously gets very hot. The pancakes stick to the stencils really bad but the kids ditched the stencils and just got creative. Overall lots of fun!

Absolutely perfect! My three littles watch pancake art YouTubes. I bought 3 griddles and they love them! Perfect gift.
