Prepares perfect pancakes, bacon, French toast, Eggs, steaks and pork chops. Seems to heat evenly around the rectangular heat coil and the grease catch works well making it easy to clean. Have almost stopped using fry pans and stove top. Wife Loves it.

Works great, heats up quick. Cooks a lot at one time. And I love the warming tray/splash cover. Super easy to clean

My wife got it for me for Christmas because I always complained about only being able to cook one or two pancakes at a time, and then get cold by the time I was done cooking the rest. Problem solved, this thing is great, super easy to clean huge cooking area. Great product

I have been cooking on griddles for many years and this one seems to be more capable than any griddle I have ever used... and I have had some griddles that did a great job. A couple of things about this griddle that I REALLY like: 1) It provides a LOT of heat and spreads the heat out well... not perfect, but very close. 2) The warming tray serves me better as a steam cover. I can even cook items such as chicken breasts (boneless split) by placing them on the back of the griddle and folding down the steam cover. It is attached to the griddle body with a well-designed set of clips. Hint: If you decide to try this be sure to set the griddle on or near the "Warm" setting. The dials on griddles are not actually calibrated and this griddle supplies a lot of heat... as much or more than you will ever need. 3) One other thing that makes this griddle so nice is that (other than the steam cover) it is not burdened down with fancy features that would make it less usable. I particularly dislike the fancy "tilt" griddle because they end up being more gadgetry than utilitarian. This griddle has a small grease tray that is very easy to empty and clean. If you find a better griddle for the price than this one, please let me know. I doubt you will. I highly recommend this griddle and I only write this review after using it heavily for a couple of years. It still performs as well as it did the first day.

We bought this for our camp because of the warming tray. I couldn't find another one that could touch this price that had a warming tray. We tend to cook for more people up camp and also have more for meals. This will keep our bacon or hashbrowns warm while we cook the eggs.

Great griddle, this is our third (in TWELVE YEARS!!) after wearing out the others as eventually the heating element seems to make the nonstick surface darker. This model is a wal mart exclusive. It has a larger cooking area than most, heating is even, and it cleans up nicely. We have never used the "warming tray" so we just recycle out that plastic part. This griddle is sturdy, well made, the non stick surface stands up well and the price is good. Great product!

It has a very large cooking surface but it advertises to be dishwasher safe, however then when you receive it the instructions tell you that if you place it in the dishwasher the chemical could cause the surface not to be as non-stick. Not totally disappointed with it for that fact but it should be taken into consideration if anyone else wishes to purchase this item with that extra feature as a bonus.

Bought this for my husband, who is the king of breakfast, for father's day. Griddle Works well. We made bacon, eggs and pancakes on our first time use. Cooked everything really well. Only thing was the drain tray had to be watched so as not to overflow from bacon grease.

I bought this griddle to replace a broken one. It does meet my expectations and then some. It is wide enough to cook up more items and the attachment does keep things warm. I like that it also acts as a splatter cover for burger patties. Would recommend for light indoor cooking.

So far this griddle has lived up to its prior reviews. Like most non-stick griddles it is easy to use, but it is clearly bigger than I needed. My main reason for buying this griddle was the 5 star rating. As it turns out it is more of a family size griddle. I live alone and seldom cook as much as is displayed in the pictures of this griddle. At this point I have only made bacon on the griddle and since it is non-stick the cleanup has been easier than other pans. Even though it is submersible for cleanup without the power cord, it is too big for complete submersing in my kitchen sink. I haven't yet tried it in my dishwasher. I should have opted for a smaller easier model. The brand is excellent. Everything they advertise. I use the warmer tray for a splash guard so far and it works fine. If the griddle fits in my dishwasher for cleaning it will make cleaning easier. I only awarded 4 stars for this griddle because of the size not being right for me. For a family size meal this griddle would be great.
