Fall asleep fast, sleep great!
Very effective. I take at 9:30 pm every night and by 10:00 pm I'm asleep! As someone who has had trouble falling asleep for years, this has truly been a blessing to me. Great product!

Very disappointed
I did not find this helpful at all. I've taken for several days hoping that it would work. I was told there was a 100% guarantee and that what was left can be returned for a full refund. Please tell me how to go about this.

No luck with this
I really wanted this to work. I bought it based on reviews. It had no effect on me at all. I ended up switching back to plain melatonin until I find something else.
