If you have a top loader and tired of having to lift 3 or 5 gallons of water then you may want to consider this item. If you want to save money when compared to what the average price is? I was wary of getting this since it was a Black Friday discount and I had read a couple of negative reviews and I thought maybe they were trying to unload some inferior product, but it is awesome and far exceeds what I was expecting. It's sleek and modern. I don't mind it being in view of the living area because it looks like a top of the line piece of equipment (which it is). I've never used a water system, but I've just moved in with my grandson and his wife and we go through bottled water like crazy and this seemed like a logical solution. It was very easy to figure out how it works, and literally nothing to put together. Just pop the jug of water in and you have hot/cold water. Really glad I got it.

Love this dispenser! We used to have a white one from another company and it got dirty fast, it lasted for years tho. It broke down and we needed another and i found this on the Walmart app. The water is not as cokd as pur old one, but it works. Looks great and easy to set up. Our last one was top loading, so i was so happy to find this bottom loading!

Perfect nicely chilled water machine for our family and especially grandchildren. No more opening and closing refrigerator amd freezer. Easy to clean and like that bottle is situated at bottom. No lifting. Had it about a month now and happy with purchase.

I love the convenience of just grabbing a cup and filling it up. I have only one complaint, the door doesn't stay closed. I see why they taped it close during the packing process. The water is nice and hot to make some hot tea or coffee in my French press.

The product works great. The only problem I had with this that when i got home and opened up the box it was damaged. Either damaged from the manufacturer to Walmart during transportation. Or damaged by a walmart worker not properly handling the item. took it back and switched for a new one.

The Primo water dispenser that I ordered and had shipped to my house came damaged/was not assembled correctly. The bottom-loading door was bent from not being installed correctly and would not shut and stay shut and would not trigger to button to tell the machine that the door was closed. Opened up the box and took everything out to only realize that it was not assembled correctly, and I now have to repack and reship back to Walmart. What a unfortunately chore because of poor quality control.

I do not recommend this product as I have been having issues since I have bought it for black Friday and even then… it was not worth the price I received it for even after I got a free return back with a new one after the first one. The first machine had a broken door and the hot water did not work. Talk about great shipping and handling. The second machine is just as faulty if not WORSE. It has an electrical issue which is causing a burning plastic smell. You would think after attempt 2 they would give me a good conditioned primo water dispenser but instead it was also in awful condition.

he next day, [Date of return], I returned the defective item to the Bastrop Walmart store. I explained the situation to the customer service team and made a reasonable request: to reorder the exact same item at the original purchase price. This request was unfortunately and frustratingly denied.

very very cheap quality the door is so wobbly it seems it going to break ive bought 2 of this brand and they have done the same 😑 very disapointed !!
