Primo® Water Deluxe Self Sanitizing Water Dispenser Bottom Loading, Hot/Cold/Cool Temp, Stainless Steel

The cooler was not my first bottom fed cooler. We had a top feed for years. i cleaned it and rinsed it exactly as laid out in the manual. When I got fed up with the cleaning, and we both got tired of wrenching our backs. I did some research and bought the precursor to this one and loved it. So when that one grew tired, I bought this one. It is a dream! The water flows quickly and doesn't leak, the buttons are smooth acting, and the cold water is icy cold. I would recommend this Primo cooler for anyone looking for a great way to get everyone drinking more water.

I was hesitant to order online but traffic was so heavy getting to the store, I gave it a try. I am kicking myself for not doing this before. The app is so easy and I love sitting in my comfortable chair and ordering exactly what I need. I plan on shouting the praises of Walmart App far and wide. I also took advantage of the half off membership and I know it will pay for itself in no time.

Wait 24hrs after standing upright. Rag wash siphon. Turn on LEDs light rocker switch on back and rocker same way the hot and cold motors all 3 switches on. The unit seemed to stall out after 24hrs. I unplugged but nope. Last effort was far rocker %234 on back corner. This activated the sanitizer for 90 minutes of ozone UV. 2 weeks and have not had a problem have not had to reset have not had a fail don't need to replug. Lesson is to clean the unit and sanitize it manually first run. 90 minutes later have a drink but not during the red light will flash on the power LED left ,nothing else . Now is sanitizing water in reservoir making noises but not loud. Unit isn't loud. Top buttons for stiff back. One spouse is odd, used to have 3. This spout has metal tip with silicone ring EZ clean pop out. EZ bottom load, spout could be more snug on neck top, no issues

I looked at many, many, water dispensers before choosing this one. I have been using it a little over a week and, so far, I am very pleased with it. I love the fact that the water bottle is inserted into the bottom, making it easier for me to install. It's easy to use. The hot water is hot. The cold water is not real cold but, cooler than room temperature, which is fine with me. The unit is actually quiet. Hardly even notice when it's running. Would I recommend this unit? At this time , yes!

It was quite easy to figure out how to use. I really like that it's a bottom loader as my husband and I are elderly. I never have used the hot water on my old water cooler, but I love it on this one. Not only is it easy to use, but the water is very hot. The cold water is very cold. I can't be happier!

Bought this particular brand because the other well know brand, Brio, didn't even last 3 years. Turns out they all look the same regardless of brand! Hopefully the Primo turns out to be a more reliable brand. A lot of money to spend on something that doesn't last.

Disappointed in this Dispenser. I have had Primo Water Dispensers previously and they were great. This one was received with no instruction manual which I could not obtain even after contacting Primo.com. They told me to contact Walmart for the Instruction Manual. I also looked for an Instruction Manual online,, and print was too small to read when printed out. In addition, I do not know where the Self-Cleaning controls are, and when running the water, it is extremely noisy. I am not happy with this purchase and Primo was a huge disappointment in their lack of concern.

Dispenser arrived very securely packaged. Anxious to use it, i went about the assembly, pretty easy I THOUGHT! Followed instructions plugged it in , after a few seconds water came pouring out of the spigot. I made several attempts to correct it using instruction manual and video on Primo website. Its been a week , cant fix it, lost about 2.5 gallons of water all over my floor. Im 74 yrs old and disabled; it was very difficult to clean up the mess. So I mentioned it was securely packaged and the box was huge. So next day was recycling pick up. I got the box outside for pick up. Now no box, how do I possibly return it and get a dispenser that works? Any advise is welcome.

Nice water dispenser but it does not chill the water enough. If you want to drink cold water below 60 degrees you need to choose another dispenser. The water is cool at best. Otherwise it is easy to load with water bottles and easy to use from day to day. Not noisy like some other models. Cannot return the unit - just stuck with it. Going to try to find a similar model that actually will chill the water.

VERY BAD leaked all over the place and the button was stuck and wouldnt pop up also had a dent in the door but the box it came in had no dents on it so this defect came from Primo so I called them and they did nothing or any compensation for my troubles They said call Walmart
