Easy to set up and install. It fit the mouth of the bottle without issues. I can move the bottle by the handle, but limit it bc of the weight of the water and bottle. I use this for my home office and love it! It does get a bit annoying with the pumping sometimes, but it's bearable.

Great idea and works well.. but it does take a little strength to install and use. Mothers and grandparents might be asking the kids to install it and get it sealed on there just right. Takes a bit of force but good family activity.

easy to install. Doesn't come with install instructions. You don't need electricity. Which is great, because I'm homeless living out of my car.

Im not able to snap it on the 5 gallon Primo bottle and had to use tape to try and secure it. I am very angry that it doesnt fit on top correctly.

After 3 weeks of use it is already broken. Also impossible to disassemble. One of our pieces is stuck crooked and impossible to fix.

not as pictured. I received a different pump, just like the one I already have, that does not work very well. I was trying to replace it with a better one. it arrived in a Home Depot box. WOW, what a deception!

This is a picture of an older model of the Primo pumper, and that is the one I wanted. What I received was the newer one with a lifting handle. I had purchase a newer one a month or two ago and it had quit working. Please update the product picture.
