The primo water portable water pump is just what I needed. It was very easy to assemble onto the water jug and it is very easy and functional to use. I highly recommend this product.

Year in and still a great pump!
Primo is the only water I drink. I hate plastic waste and don't care for chilled water so my primo pump and 5 gallon are the best fit. I've had my pump for over a year with no problem. If you don't have a defective product and follow the directions correctly you should have no issue. Within two or three pumps water is pouring out. I fill my 48 ounce water bottle with about 10 to 15 pumps. I recommend Primo and their pumps to everyone I know.

I always pick up what I order and when I ordered the pump, which I really like, I did not go through each individual thing I bought and didn't realize there was a coupon for a 5 gallon water. I went back, to renew the coupon and was told I had to use it the moment I bought it and they refused my coupon and I ended up buying the water jug, which is sad. I doubt I will be buying another one

Easy to Use and Great Value
"Easy to use and install. It works well and makes it convenient to get water from the bottle. Good value for the price. I would recommend this product." 😊

Broken after 3 weeks of use
After 3 weeks of use it is already broken. Also impossible to disassemble. One of our pieces is stuck crooked and impossible to fix.

DECEIVING
not as pictured. I received a different pump, just like the one I already have, that does not work very well. I was trying to replace it with a better one. it arrived in a Home Depot box. WOW, what a deception!

Wrong item
This is a picture of an older model of the Primo pumper, and that is the one I wanted. What I received was the newer one with a lifting handle. I had purchase a newer one a month or two ago and it had quit working. Please update the product picture.

Rusts and corrodes. Cannot be cleaned. Dangerous.
This product rusts, and every ounce of water that's pumped through this touches the metal spring that drives it. You cannot sterilize the unit without risking damage to it. Awful dangerous design.

Not great
The whole contraption is backwards! Left is tightening and right is loose. Tunes do not stay together very well always having to literally fish it out! Frustrating! Might be a more economical way of getting fresh water however I think I'll go with Culligam water systems.
