I have been taking these for the past 6 months post gastric sleeve surgery. I noticed a big difference on when I forget to take them. My hair feels thicker and stops falling out on this multivitamin! 10/10

Love product - Don't love the shipping cost!
Love the product but hate the $9.99 shipping!! They caught me unaware until I saw the invoice for $51.00 - I need to find a place with free shipping or go to a store that carries it. My fault - I didn't read the small print on shipping - it was clearly marked.

capsules vs chewable
I feel the absorption from the capsules is not as good as the chewable because although i was taking the capsules everyday I still was feeling tired and my iron levels continued to drop. The chewable are better!!! much better. I take two capsules daily hoping it will release into my bloodstream
