It sometimes takes a moment to light, while the natural gas starts to flow. But it gets my 1200 sq ft house nice and warm within 30-45 minutes. Easy to wall mount. Just make sure to set the wall bracket on at least 1 stud to ensure it is secure to the wall. Mine is mounted on the wall near the ceiling fan. If you don't have a ceiling fan nearby, then I would suggest also purchasing the blower or getting a heater that comes with the blower
I like that the pilot light is easy to light. I installed a fan in it which helps it warm the room faster. I wish I had ordered the automatic thermostat one instead of the manual one. If I forget to go back in the room and check on it soon enough, the room gets too hot. But it's exactly as advertised and a good value.
This heater works! So great it will roast you out of the house lol! But highly recommend! You can connect it to a propane tank easily too! It's medium in size and stays out of the way!
I discovered, by accident, that you can set the temperature lower than the lowest setting. The marking is just off.
This little heater is fantastic, heats nicely and easily warms the 500 sqf it says it will, if your handy install took about an hour, your local home improvement store should have all the accessories , would buy again👍🏻😊
great product. it easily warms up any room i put it in.
the heater doesn't shut off, it's a constant burn with three settings. wasn't told that in the advertisement..
After you open the box you find a large 'Quick Start' guide that says you must use a propane tank 100 lb. or larger. Does it say that in the listing? No. Does the same size (10k btu) Mr. Heater require a tank bigger than 20 lb.? No. Will it work with a 20lb. tank? I saw one review that said yes, and one that said no. Did I try to connect it to a 20lb. tank contrary to the instructions? No. I sent it back and bought the Mr. Heater version which claims to work fine with a 20 lb. tank, and does. They could save themselves and their customers a lot of trouble if they just stated the '100 lb. or larger tank' requirement in their listings.
Took forever to get and was last one and has a major defect in it won't stay lit. They probably knew it was defective but shipped anyway. Was highly disappointed because I choose this company because they were American made. Don't buy a Pro com. Will go back to a Mr. Heater.
I returned this item to Walmart because I couldn't get it to work. I was unable to get a refund or credit back to my account because saying purchase was never received. I am still paying for an item I can't use.. So I am not happy with this at all.
