Margaret February 4, 2026

We love the size of this heater . It fits in several of our different size rooms and does a great job of keeping it nice and warm. Our Daughter's heater quit on her right before the last “ice” storm and we were able to loan it to her to keep her house warm so her water pipes didn't freeze and burst. Now we just have to talk her into giving it back to us and her buying her own !!! Thanks for making a small size heater at a reasonable price.

LORRIE February 6, 2026

The only thing I don't like about the heater is the location of the propane connection. It should have been installed either out the back or out the side so that there would not be unnecessary stress on the hose or the connection itself. Placing it underneath I feel was a design flaw

Good emergency heat, needs mods for everyday use

Svetozar March 3, 2026

Lowe the heat and how fast it heats up 550Sqf room. Termostat is great and maintains temperature fairly close to settings. What I don't like is off gassing and high humidity associated with burning of propane. Another thing is that advertisement for the heater does not mention manufacturers restriction to a 100 Lbs or larger propane tanks. However I have a setup with 2 x 20Lbs tanks connected through dual regulator, tank selector / combiner / autoswitch and it works fine. Another note on off gassing, it seems to vary depending on the fuel quality. I have installed a fan in its factory spot only reversed the flow to exhaust. Then I hooked that up to my wall heater exhaust using some flex piping. Now it works better. I am losing some heat but Its a tradeoff I am willing to live with as long as I am staying warm and cosy.

Igniter switch doesn't work properly.

Cheapjunk February 13, 2026

The igniter switch does not work consistently. You can push it 20 times and it doesn't click, so it doesn't ignite. Then sometimes it does. I don't feel comfortable using a lighter to light it. I reached out to who I bought it from and all they did was say that the manufacturer would reach out to me. So far that hasn't happened. Once more I reached out to the seller to try to get a new igniter system. If it isn't rectified soon, I'm just going to send the whole unit back.

well as of yet i have been unable to get the unit lit, not sure if there is something wrong with it or with the regulator , si at the moment I am not very happy, but once I know exactly what the problem is and can get it to work, I would be happy to review again

Roger January 31, 2026

I like the heater but it was damaged, not in shipping but when they assembled it they damaged the ceramic brick panel, it was leaking propane along the bottom corner so when you let it it was burning down underneath the bricks, really dangerous. we just had a ice storm and couldn't use it but also couldn't ship it back right away so it was better for me to just fix it myself, so I wouldn't have to wait but my problem is they damaged it and put it together and shipped it out anyway

Misleading advertising

Wade September 23, 2024

It was advertised as 30,000 btu and then I received a 25,000 btu. I thought I had found a deal but seller said ad was wrong and I could send it back. Who wants to go through that. I wanted a 30,000 for the price it was advertised.

Broken heater

Carla April 23, 2026

Yes, when I received it, the package was damaged bad and it does not work. You have not sent me what I need to take it back. I took it clear to Walmart. They won't take it back without something that I need and it's been a few months now and I had to get a different heater. This is not right and I've paid almost 250 bucks. You guys better reimburse me and make it right cause this is not right at all. Thanks. Have a wonderful day you better fix this.

SuperNana April 26, 2026

I bought this wall heater for my 90 year-old father who is blind. It has not worked correctly since the day we got it hooked up. Now it is making a loud explosion when it kicks on and shooting flames out of the front of the stove, which has discolored the whole front of the stove. Obviously, he can no longer use the stove because it's extremely dangerous. He was walking by the stove when it kicked on the other day and it burned his arm. Even though Walmart says there's a 90 day return policy., the company is refusing to take a return and wants me to have someone come out and install a two stage regulator on his gas line and do a pressure check. There was nothing in the description or specifications that said either of these were required. This was a waste of money which my father does not have to waste.
