the placement of the cord is very inconvenient.

Shuts off power strip when in use which also turns off microwave and coffee pot. I leave it unplugged now for safety reasons. Never had this issue before with power strip, not until I plugged this toaster in. I would not recommend this unit.

Toaster worked fine until it didn't. I just purchased this in April. Just over 4 mos. of use and it sparked and made a loud popping noise, like a gun shot and tripped the breaker. If it hadn't tripped, it might have been a fire hazard. These pos toasters need to be recalled. I noticed I'm not the only one that happened to. I won't be replacing it. I did contact them since the warranty states 3 years. We'll see. I want a refund, not a replacement.

I was disappointed in this toaster. It's cheap, like it came from a nickel and dime store. Thought Procter Silex was suppose to be a good product. You have to slam it down just so it stays down. Once down, it toasted good.

Toaster is very small which I liked and does fit bagels. However, the sides are metal, not plastic, so there is a bit of a risk there, and the tiny stop button is great if you have pointy fingernails to push it in, otherwise, you are wrestling with it to push it in, trying to stop the toasting. It worked good enough for about a month now, but suddenly only started toasting just one side of the bread. I could see that the elements that face one side of the bread are not as bright and hardly heat up while the bread is toasting the other side normally. Therefore, the item has defect issues and you will end up with one-sided toast. I requested a refund.

Bread won't go all the way into the toaster. Won't toast the top 1/2" . Asking for a refund

Very Cheap very disappointed put in the closet.

Too small slots. Our bread would not fit. Also, not bagel sized.

cheap plastic. cord VERY SHORT. JUNKY.
