Keeps grains fresh
Great for grains to keep them fresh. The measuring scoop is very convenient as well, and it comes with a chart for water/grain ratios. Perfect for easy accessibility to make rice, oatmeal, quinoa, or for baking.

This ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT hold the amount of uncooked rice it states, your lucky to get a true measurement of 5 cups in there, totally disappointing because it is a nice container
