There is nothing that I dislike about this product. Promensil has worked for me in the past and is still working for me now. I don't have many hot flashes and they are very short when I do get them. Works for me.

It helped all through menopause and now years later I'm taking it again for bone protection along with eating more estrogen-rich foods and counting calories and exercising more. My mom was on HRT into her 90s and her bones were great, but she gained a lot of weight and HRT has other risks, so I didn't want to go that route.

Don't buy if you have for constant hot flashes. This medicine doesn't help with anything. The taste isn't good at all!
