I am a 75 year old that has had prostate issues for at least 5 years I found prostagenix about a year ago and ever since then my flow has been strong I've not had the start and stop problem I've not had as much urgency and overall I think it's the best product on the market for this issue.

Performs as advertised
Always skeptical about online claims, but after using for 10 days, I have to admit that I have noticed an improvement on my prostate condition. Now after day 25, I ordered 3 more bottles (cheaper by quantity). According to other reviews, it is an on-going process and must keep taking to obtain satisfactory results; I feel it is worth it.

Price could be lower but my husband does not take the prescription meds and they did not work. Be patient this has worked for him taking 3 pills 3 hours before bed

Try it and see.
I just started taking this so the jury is not completely back yet. It does seem I am going to the bathroom less. Taking 3 good size pills not a big fan of. Will see and I will update after a complete month of using.

Did't work for me
After the first bottle I didn't see any improvement, in fact in some instances it was harder to go. I've had better luck with other brands but my best experience has been with a lymphatic drain product. So much snake oil out there!

Still have prostate problems.
I haven't seen any difference in my condition. still have to get up 3 or 4 times per night. stream is still slow and weak. I have almost finished the bottle

I will try something else .I am 71 years old.
I Liked them because they said prostagenix had no side effects.they helped me when i took my two flowmax and took 3 prostagenix.one prostagenix every 6 hours.Took 2 flowmax late at night
