This is s great product, it provides energy and can be consumed on an empty stomach for morning work out. It's not too sweet, good taste. My workout performance and results are good.

Would I recommend it? Yes I would...have been using it for years. It's Walmart that keeps screwing up the order, as there are two different sizes, I order the larger, and I get the smaller one. It's a pain in the arsssse as I have to deal with AI in the first wave until it finally figures out it can't help me in any way...then I finally got someone who can help, and they had to reimburse me instead of sending another small one to make it an even swap...or I have to wait til I get credited to reorder...and when I do, you guessed it, they send the wrong size. Yeah, no more...I just get the 72-ounce tub at Costco now to avoid the hassle and it's almost the same price as the medium [largest Walmart carries] sized one they never can seem to send to me. The product is 5 stars...Walmart has no stars...at least in their pick and ship department.

Quality is good with taste too. But misinformation is provided with label on iherb. It mentioned 2g creatine but actually it has only one. Workout is good and efficient

Tastes horrible, not that any pre workout powders taste good, but this one is hard to swallow- for me at least. I don't get much of a boost with it either. Definitely not the original Hyde.
