Didn't care for the way the zipper ended. It looked out of place or damaged even though it wasn't. But if I was a regular traveler then I would've kept the item. Instead, the fact I'd only ve using it a time or two wasn't worth the space it took up, and when you can't view things in store anymore causes you to continually return things, making people stressed and angry on both ends.

i love this suitcase! it was lighter than my old one, so i was able to get more clothes and toiletries in and still be below the 50lb weight limit that the airline caps off it. If didn't seem at 1st like it would fit as much, but it did! i only missed the outside pocket, from my old one a little. i put shoes in a plastic bag, instead and put them in the inside zipper area.

the size of the luggage is great, it's large and roomy but not heavy with secure straps to hold everything in place. the luggage looks expensive however its very reasonable.

Availability of single suitcase was good. Many other stores offered sets only. This was needed for a trip the next day.

Product is great. I waited 40 minutes in my car for them to bring my purchase to me. I can understand it is Christmas but there should be a speed option for one item.

The cases are a light weight material which suits my needs. I don't travel much so can't say if the bags would work for someone who is constantly on the go.

I appreciate the space and the way that the 2 sides of the case are separated by the zipped divider. It would be nice if there was more than one cord to keep the the clothing in place because without it, the clothing falls out as soon as the suitcase is opened.

Hello. I just received my purchase and I was disappointed with the packaging of the luggage. I found the luggage was not wrapped when delivered at my front porch when it is raining outside. This action definitely can tamper with the quality of the luggage. Other than that, I'm pleased with luggage.

HUGE suitcase and the wheels roll well. However, one zipper pull snapped on my very first flight and the suitcase cracked all around one wheel. I duct taped it together to make the trip home. A suitcase should last more than one trip!

I wouldn't recommend because I used it right after purchasing yet and the wheel broke. I've been trying to reach the company and the website is not existent.
