i was using a very very expensive Rx that did not work anyway near as good as this product. i have not been constipated since i have been using it and it hundreds of dollars cheaper. truley a live saver.

I have suffered with chronic conditions from constipation all of my life and this medication is the only relief I've used that has been effective. It's like a have a regular BM without the diarrhea effect.

Natural %26 Effective
After being on strong medication that causes “ISSUES” I have tried so many different types of products. This one is one of the most effective and natural too. I find that it is best to take it in the evening or before bed and then you will have relief in the morning. Better than medication full of chemicals.

These worked decently well, but the timing is tough to get right. If I drink a ton of water throughout the day, it usually is effective around 8-12 hours post taking the pill, if not then it could be closer to 20/24 hours. The cramping is not too bad, I didn't notice any bloating. Great for traveling constipation relief.

Maybe if you take up to three pills a day or more. . Didn't do much of anything or at all. If you need immediate relief stick to even the Equate brand natural laxative that is the mini pill. And it's to expensive to waste your money on
