Pulsar 12,000W Dual Fuel Portable Generator in Space Gray with Electric Start, G12KBN

I ordered this generator a week ago and it is already delivered. It was recieved in optimal condition and packaging no tears no dents not crushed . RL carriers done a wonderful job taking care of my product and communicating with me . I would have to say that I am extremely pleased with the build of the generator it is very sturdy built well and easy to assemble. The instructions are spot on easy to read and I was able to put it together in 5 min . I live in a hurricane prone area and we are without power sometimes I bought this in case of storms and random power outages . I can not rate it on ease of use do to not needing it at the moment. I will say the thing I was disappointed in is that I have to go buy oil for it the manufacturer does not include oil for the first use. over all I am giving it a 5 star review because of the exceptional delivery time build of generator and exceptional customer service .

Nice well built unit, definitely a little bit on the noisy side, but for the price I can live with that.

The shipping on this generator was quick and we received it in 3 days. It was easy to assemble and the packing was very good, there was no damage at all. I set it up in an outside shed so that it is wired and ready to be in service within minutes. The generator starts easily and runs smoothly, I haven't had to run it any length of time but I expect to give us long service.

This generator is being used for my whole house standby. Assembly was easy and first start on propane was almost immediate. I tested it on my house and it powered everything no problem. I especially like the smooth inverter power for senitive electronics. NOTE: This generator has floating/unbonded neutral butcomes with a plug adapter that converts it to bonded neutral if needed.

The Pulsar GD10KBN 10500W Dual Fuel Home Backup Portable Inverter Generator is an excellent product. Works as expected with no issues right out of the box. There was an issue with shipping so plan to wait for the unit. Scheduled delivery to Mississippi was a Saturday that switched to a Sunday. No show on Sunday and no update until Monday. Monday says delayed (go figure) but tracking showed it went from California to New Mexico and then Texas. Left Texas and went to Memphis only to go to Arkansas where it sat for two days. Good news, it arrived on Thursday. I would suggest to anyone to purchase the generator but plan on waiting for it to arrive.

The pull cord just broke. Walked up to generator and the handle was on the ground. It appears that just sitting and running caused the pull cord to break. I have never even used the pullcord. I always used the electric start. It would be great to have the pullcord for backup if battery is low.

its a nice generator but it says in the owners manual it comes with a charger to keep the battery charged but it wasnt in the box

I purchased this item December 1st 2025 and I never received it. Since then i have been given the run around by not only Walmart but also the third party company Skytech. My $800 down the drain just like that. This company is not trustworthy DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. Shame on Walmart for not helping me get my money back.

This generator has no power. Bought to charge my EV if I get stranded. Tried the 50 AMP charging, Gen. couldn't handle it. Tried the 30 AMP, still couldn't handle it. the 120v 20AMP and it worked. But my car said 3.5 days to charge from 71% to 90%. Sending it back.
