I am on a diet. I eat several small meals daily. I have to have this to aid in digestion This is 100 mgs. All I could find at other sites was 200mgs Which I already own. I was delighted when I found Walmart carried it and purchased it immediately. It is just what I needed.
Pure Encapsulations is always at the top of recommended Brands. I trust them for quality and price. Extremely pleased with this product.
Doesn't have rice filler. This is a better product than most.
this is the best quality brand walmart offers - this others are not certified like this brand.
