I bought this product per my Therapist recommendation. I have noticed I am more focused and clear headed. I thought it helped with mood/depression as well but I haven't noticed anything or any difference with that I purchased this specific product/brand because it was highly recommended and good quality.

An excellent supplement overall although it appears this is solely mycelial mass rather than including some fruiting body.

The pills are easy to take then the drops. However I prefer the drops over the pills because it eliminates the plastic.

used Host Defense Lion's Mane for several weeks, taking it as directed, hoping for improvements in clarity, focus, or memory. Unfortunately, I didn't notice any meaningful benefits no reduction in brain fog, no boost in focus, nothing that convinced me it was doing what it promises.
