Luckily I've been clear of breakouts since I've started using it so that's a great sign. I normally get a fever blisters often but fingers crossed this has helped avoiding any at this time.

Love this product and brand. What is usually a huge capsule is now small and more manageable with this product. I use this mineral daily as do my kids, and now that we use this brand its a lot easier to swallow!

Lysine works
Have been using this product for about a year and I have noticed it has helped tremendously with experiencing less cold sores. So that is definitely a win!

Good price for getting economy size
Lysine is good for skin and stress, and possibly to prevent things like cold sores. This is a good value for money.

Works great!!
My sister told me about this for if you feel like you're coming down with something. I felt a sore throat coming on last night and I took one of these before bed. Never felt a thing this morning. Great stuff and it works!!
