Great product
I did a hair analysis and discovered which minerals I had to much of and which minerals I needed more of. Manganese is one of the minerals I needed more of. I like this brand called Pure. I have used other products of their's. It is easy and simple to take and is supportive to my overall mineral health balance.

So far so good.
I just began taking this supplement to increase my levels and for a more proactive healthy lifestyle. To this point, in the first week, I have not observed any side effects since beginning this supplement. So far so good, but only more time will be the true teller.
