Great product
This is an excellent product for absorption and works well with the zinc supplement. It has a short ingredient list, which I sincerely appreciate. Since taking this product, I have noticed more energy, skin, and nail health.

Take with food
These pills are very easy to take. Just make sure you take them with food. The first time i took them i did not and they upset my stomach a little. They have helped me feel better because I was lose. They are also not big either so they are easy to swallow.

Nice product
Nice product. I was a little anemic and I ran out of store bought iron pills. I wanted to see how these copper pills worked. I wish I had them longer before reviewing. I took one or two of this product daily without any side effects. I will continue taking this product but I will recommend them to a friend since I didn't have any unusual after effects. Thank you!
