Most effective brand of melatonin I've tried. I used this when I worked nights and then it was really valuable when I was transitioning back to days. I prefer this one to the extended release because I don't like how the "waves" feel throughout my sleep. This one, as long as I fall asleep during that sleepy wave, it works well. If I stay awake past the sleepy wave, it doesn't work well for me.
My doctor recommended the lower dose of 0.5mg. I originally thought a higher dose would be better, but this worked just fine. I liked it very much and I was surprised the lower dose is more effective than the higher.
This is the perfect pill for a great night sleep. It is small and easy to swallow. The dose is perfect. I wake up without feelung groggy. I totally recommend it.
Wish you could find this dose in stores. Very effective when used correctly. This brand solves the very real problem of over and under dosing melatonin due to inaccurate labeling. Many brands have been found to contain wildly varying accounts of melatonin.
This is the perfect mg. formulation for when you feel anxious during the day. I do not use it for sleep.....I give it to family members when they are anxious.

This is one where fewer and fewer people know that melatonin concentration needs to be low for optimal results. This product also does not have dies and does not cause dry mouth, perfect for sleep the night before endoscopy
I've tried a lot of supplements, but this one recommended by my provider, helped more than the others that I've tried. I've been using it for a month now and will continue to use it as a sleep aid.
This is a second try for a melatonin suplement. The first try was with a different brand which was a much stronger dose . I can't recommend it because I can't yet tell if it is helping .
