Bought for my husband and used it a short time but it gave him a gut ache. We're going to work on other bacteria for now.however, I've always been impressed with the quality of Pure Encapsulations.
I appreciate this product and that it is shelf stable. It makes it easy to take daily. I have tried many products that need refrigeration and none have worked any better than this. I'd say if you need GI support, give it a try.

I have been using Probiotic for over 10 years and like that it is shelf stable and has a variety of 6 different bacteria. If I am using antibiotics, I double the dose and this prevents any stomach issues
