This Pure Brand of D3 is great. It's a high quality supplement.
I like this pill because you only have to take one a day. Also pure formulas is a good product.
Seems to be working well. I have more energy and feel better.
"Premium" gets thrown around lightly in a lot of product advertisements, but supplements from Pure are the real deal. High quality ingredients (for example, no junk/fillers) backed by verifiable science and a good company that's been in business reputably for 30+ years. This particular bottle is a high dose, probably best for bringing up clinically low levels of Vitamin D or if you choose to supplement just a couple times a week. It may not be best for most daily maintenance. There are other Pure Encapsulations Vitamin D dosages, and you cannot go wrong with this brand.
The Pure encapsulations Vitamin D3 was a good change from my usual D3. It comes in 10,000 IU, which is my daily dose, so I just need one daily. It's packed in a small capsule, approximately 1/2 inch. Quantity is 120. D3 is an extremely beneficial supplement... helps with supporting the musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular system, neurocognitive, cellular and immune health. I take it predominantly for the immune system benefits. The Pure encapsulations is gluten free, non GMO, and hypoallergenic. I definitely recommend these.
I was doing research on what supplements are actually needed that we might not be getting from our diet alone and this was at the top of the list. It comes in a perfectly small little pill that is easy to take. Dosage is good and it seems to be a simple and effective supplement. When taken once in the morning with a meal, no issues found. Haven’t taken it long enough to know if it has made any difference in any body function or tests but will continue to take it for health benefits.
My doctor recommended a Vitamin D3 supplement and advised me to pay more if necessary for one that had very little of other unnecessary ingredients. Pure was one of the products he asked me to look into. I am so happy I found this supplement. At 10,000 IU, it meets my minimum requirements plus the only other additives are plant fiber and vegetarian cellulose. Other brands have ingredients such as oils, animal based gelatin, glycerin, etc.
These pills are definitely worth getting. They are a product I have to take anyway because of my disability. And this vitamin is very helpful. Easy to swallow and it definitely helps with my Vitamin D levels. It also has helped keep my blood work at levels it should be at as well. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family.
