Hamburger press works great. A lot of reviewers here (and on Amazon) complain about the meat sticking. I had no such problems. Spray the two surfaces with oil and the burger just falls out. I like my burgers thin so I even stepped on the press to flatten (after taking the handle off), still no sticking issues!
Love it! Bought this to pre-make burgers before freezing and it's perfect! The burgers are thick and patties stick together great. I sprayed the press with non-stick cooking spray about every 4 patties and never had an issue with sticking. Did need to tap the "plate" part of the press to get the patty to release but still very easy to use.
Using at my restaurant, tons of burgers and holds up great, buying another!
Perfect sausage patties. You have to get a fork involved to get the patties out of the cup, or maybe some oil. I haven't tried that yet. My McSausage w/ Egg breakfast has never been better.
Excellent. Just what I was looking for. Makes perfect parties.
Good quality. Delivered on time.
worked great. i did spray a little oil on both sides to help pattie release and it worked great
Makes a perfect burger! Can stick sometimes but I simply use a butter knife around the edges to release as you would a cake pan. Keeps burger from crumbling, so it serves the purpose for me.
I like the material that it's made of. The pre-cut wax paper inserts are not big enough, causing the meat to stick to the press, but other than that, it works great.
When I was expecting the device to produce 1/4 lb hamburger patties I noticed that amt. partially filled the press.I guess if you filled it full to press it would have way more than 1/4 lb . Meat tends to stick in it after about 4 presses.Makes patty crumble on the edges when getting it out. A spring push-out might help.
