It is a great antioxidant filled with many benefits. It has a pleasant taste, it's well packed, and it's great for your body.

This can also be mixed in water and drink. We tried both ways but if you cannot directly taste turmeric alternative is to take the capsule. Definitely a good daily dosage as turmeric is known for its health and skin benefits.

It is effective, and worth adding. It is larger than other brands, so if you have any problems taking large pills this is not for you. No bad taste or side effects for me.
