This is a great product because it incorporates all the necessary items for your immune system. The only thing I would add is vitamin C increase the dose. I am a RN of 44 years and this is excellent for the immune system.

I needed Quercetin because I have an autoimmune disease so my immune system is compromised. I also have lung problems. So I found this which also includes black elderberry, vitamin C, Zinc, vitamin D3, etc.. I was taking these all separately but this is awesome %26 works. It was too expensive taking them all separately. If you suffer colds %26 flu, its worth a try. Give it a couple of months to work through your system. Hope it works for you too.
