Queen Mattress, 10 inch Cooling Green Tea Gel Memory Foam Mattress in a Box

I adore this mattress. So much so, I bought it twice. I moved recently and didn't take anything big with me but I made sure to get the exact same mattress I had before. I get hot easily but this mattress actually helps to keep me cool. And I know others are against this but I let my dog sleep in the bed with me. She's an American XL Bully and the bed doesn't dip too low. Plenty of cushion. From having it before, I can attest that it doesn't lose it's comfort and thickness over time. It's perfect to relax and help you sleep. Not too hard, not too soft. Goldilocks would approve. Also I've had it with and without a box spring underneath. Makes no difference to the comfort.

Firm, lightweight, nice material... love them we bought 2 they feel expensive, hips don't hurt from long periods in the bed, wake up feeling refreshed...

It is a perfect fit for my RV trailer bedroom and very comfortable.

I love this mattress! It's super comfortable! The entire buying %26 receiving process far exceeded my expectations! I purchased on Christmas Eve, was given an estimated delivery date of Jan 7, received a notification that it may not arrive until Jan 9, but ultimately got it on Jan 3!! I'm so happy with it, and the swiftness of delivery!!

So far so good for now. Manufacturer recommended to allow a full day 24 hours for mattress to expand after unpacking. However, I gave it 48 hours. Firm mattress which contours to my body and makes my soft-sagging and sinking 1000 dollar mattress look bad. We will see how mattress perform in the long run and will update review.

you sink into mattress and it's a bit difficult to move around on it

It's been over 2 weeks since setting the mattress up, already rotated it like you said to do .We followed all the directions before using. Haven't slept well at all since getting this. It's a firm one, but this is like laying on the floor. HARD as a rock ! There's no give what so ever ! I have always used a firm mattress. Plus, there are threads coming out around the seams, already. The workmanship is very disappointing. I have never been so upset over a mattress as I am with this. I am requesting an immediate exchange for this mattress %26 I am willing to change it for a MEDIUM firmness. I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis %26 need this matter taken care of ASAP. I am 72 years old %26 cannot return this on my own. I would need Fed Ex or who ever to come pick it up. Please advise as to what the next step is. As it is still under warranty.. I do have my receipt %26 all paperwork. Thank you for your time in this matter, awaiting your quick response.
