I had gotten sick and had left over Flem and ear pressure and did not want to take an antibiotic because of side effects, so I decided to use this and the Breathe supplement by Host defense I noticed it seems to really work I take a total of 4 capsules a day with food, 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner, and specifically I noticed less Flem and less Eustachian tube pressure.
I've ordered this several times and will order again! This is all sourced from whole foods, nothing synthetic. Quercetin is a great supplement, plus you get vitamin c and zinc... everything you need to stave off sickness during the winter season. I definitely feel better when taking this!
While my children and husband have caught the respiratory virus that's going around, I've avoided it even with children coughing my face. I think it's probably attributed to the bromelian in this that breaks up mucus.
I have Fibromyalgia, the Quercetin with Bromelain helps me with pain and Inflammation. I take it daily with that I don't have to take any pain medication.
