Item is missing parts when shipped
Item is missing parts. I ordered this item and when it arrived it was shipped only in the box that item comes in and was not taped closed. The box would not stay closed and only one strap was in box. It was suppose to have two straps and two silver wall hooks. So I figured it fell out during shipping. I just figured it was easier to order another. Well when this one came it was shipped same way. Only in the shelf box and again no tape. This time box had one strap and one silver wall hook. Still don't have a complete set. This time I call Walmart customer service and they offer to ship one out for free and note the info on how item was shipped last two times and missing parts. Order comes in this time the little box is inside and envelope. Everything appears to be sealed up. I open envelope and get out the little box and open it up and only 2 straps. No silver wall hooks. Which tells me item is missing parts before it leaves the company. Out of three shipments I still don't have one complete set. I had to go buy the silver wall hooks. I would have been better off to have bought two straps and 2 wall hooks all separate.
