I am SO glad that I bought this small broiling pan. The large broiling pan was a pain to wash in the sink and this size was all I needed. It's sturdy, cleans easier than the large one that came with the oven, and can even go through the dishwasher after a light scrub.
I have only used it once so far on some marinated chicken breasts and it worked well. It's very small which some people might not like but I live in an apartment with a very small sink, anything much larger would be difficult to clean. It came clean easily.
I love this smaller broiler pan! I switched to porcelain finish fry pans a long time ago and finally got around to replacing my non-stick broiler pan as well. It's MUCH superior to that. The finish is thick, shiny, %26 super smooth. Items tend not to stick at all, and if you do manage to burn something badly, a short soak in the sink will make any residue super easy to remove. NO scrubbing! It's a great size for my countertop convection oven, but I use it in the regular oven as well when I need space for more than one pan. There's not much that I actually broil these days, but this pan helps separate extra fat from whatever you're cooking at lower temperatures as well. Examples of what I use it for: a small pork loin, frozen meatballs, and fish or meat patties. I find the price of this pan quite reasonable for what it is. Don't be tempted to look for something cheaper. Porcelain finish is the way to go and I'm sure this one will last for decades. They do make full size broilers as well.
A little small but overall perfect for a small dinner for two. Cleans up nicely in the dishwasher and worked excellent for roasted potatoes prior to broiling our steak.
Bought this to replace a small broiler pan that was not non-stick and had really outlived its usefulness. This one is great and cleans up easily. It's primarily used to broil steaks.
The size was not for my family size but the item is made with good quality material, that I was looking for a same brand big size porcelain grill .
Fits perfectly in my tovala oven. A lot less grease splattering than my regular pan. Super easy cleanup.
The first time I used the pan to broil pork chops left me with a pan that was VERY difficult to clean. Using a plastic bristle brush, I scrubbed for minutes after soaking for a while in water with Dawn dish-washing soap. After all that effort, the pan in still not completely clean. The pan is built well and works just fine for broiling, but the cleaning issue is very frustrating. I bought this pan to replace an old one that was even harder (impossible) to clean except by going though the oven's self-cleaning cycle. The oven self-cleaning option many not be available for the Range Kleen since it has a temperature limit of 450 degrees.
It was tiny, much smaller then necessary for a bigger family when making things. Perhaps it is my fault since maybe the mentioned the sizing and I saw it wrong but.. I am disappointed, considering the price it was for it.
The top doesn't match the bottom. It continuously slides making it dangerous. Don't want broiled meat sliding off.
