It's easy to use and fun! I love the pink color and handy grips to adjust and grip . I just love using it with my physical therapist! It has really helped with my range of motion!!

It is really good at stretching out your arms and shoulders. I use it to get rid of the stiffness and overall use.

Excellent quality. My therapist is pleased with my selection. Another of the therapists asked "when did we get this great looking pulley"? told him it was mine. So, we have better quality than what they have there at the center. Easy to use %26 easy to adjust the length to suit the individual using it.

I love the pink color. I am recovering from bilateral broken upper arms and bilateral dislocated shoulders which resulted in a total left shoulder replacement 5 months after the original accident. When my insurance Coverage for therapy Was depleted, I purchased this to motivate me to continue and try and regain better range of motion of both upper arms. This pulley acts as a therapist enabling me to do some exercises as though I had someone assisting me. It is a wonderful device, but there are a couple of changes that I feel would make it a much better tool. The improvement would be if there were a hook to attach it to the door. The package said there was a hook included but I didn't get one. The Second problem I have is that the chord is Abrasive and after using it My fingers start to hurt. If I were to continue it would give me a blister. Perhaps if it were cotton or coated in silicone it wouldn't be so abrasive.

Maybe make a little more sturdy.
