I've been using this for a few weeks and have noticed an increase in endurance, recovery, and muscle growth seems to be going better than without. The flavor is good, and it mixes well in water. I also like that there are no chemical preservatives. Another thing i like, if this pertains to you, is that it is tested by informed sports, so you dont need to worry about it having any ban substances if you are compeating in anything .Would definitely recommend it.

I usually take creatine that is flavorless and it's still not too great flavor wise. Wanted to try something new and this is actually pretty good. Easy to drink and seems to work like any other creatine. I probably would try another flavor like fruit punch because this flavor was pretty good but don't see myself drinking it long term so I'll at least switch up flavors every other purchase

This Blue Raspberry Creatine Monohydrate powder was an absolute delight to try. It has a very prominent flavor that dissolves fairly decently in water. You might have to dilute it with more water as the instructions call for 5g to 8-12 oz of water. I found myself using 24oz as the blue raspberry flavor is very potent!
