What can't I say about this product? The taste is just amazing amazing, and sour ;)! My energy boosted almost immediately and my focus improved as well My workouts were way better than before. I come out feeling more fulfilled and refreshed vs not using it at all workouts. I've experienced very minimal post caffeine jitters which is a nice positive. As someone who has tried many pre workouts, this one is top of the line. I really enjoyed the taste - like a jolly rancher! Even with a half scoop, I felt the energy. I also appreciate that there isn't a laundry list of ingredients in the product. I did find that that it didn't completely dissolve as well as I'd like, but I only used a plastic water bottle and shoot it myself.

Overall, great product that I will purchase again. I do drink it earlier than my other preworkout. It also has a more “sustained” energy release. My other preworkout typically gives me a big boost then tapers down. Whereas this gives me a smaller boost, but does stay for a lot longer.

Tried the grape flavor and was actually surprised how good it tastes—doesn't have that weird aftertaste a lot of preworkouts do. Kicks in pretty quick and gave me the right boost without the jitters. Solid energy and focus all the way through my workout. Definitely sticking with this one.

Pros: - Great flavor especially when dry-scooping - Good caffeine content (200mg) - Good beta-alanine content (if you like the tingles) - Definitely leaves you with a stronger pump Cons - Doesn't dissolve all the way in water and leaves a little bit of a grainy texture - The scoop handle is too long so you have to turn it upside down to make it fit in the container - The sour aftertaste takes a little to get used to

The Sour Grape Pre-Workout is one of the best tasting powders I have tried (and I've tried a LOT). It has amazing flavor that isn't too sour but just enough. I had no problem drinking this and it dissolved very well in my shaker bottle. I've been using it for the past week and am impressed with its effectiveness. This stuff is strong! I should have started with just 1/2 a scoop like the container recommends because the first couple times I tried it my body was tingling like crazy. This doesn't happen as much with other pre-workouts. Overall though it does its job and gives me plenty of energy for both cardio and a lift. I could do without the crazy tingly sensation but I'll try to do a little less next time. I would recommend this to others for sure.
