Perfect Fit 10/10

Gabriel January 19, 2026

This is the absolute best headset I have ever owned. The connection is easy with the dongle, which at 2.4 ghz has the exact same performance as any wired headphones that one might own. I do not regret a single penny that I spent on this. Love the black color, the detachable microphone is great because I rarely use it, the sound quality is astounding, the fit, which is what I was most worried about, is PERFECT. My ears dont get hot after 10 minutes like my kraken headset did, it's also light. There are so many factors that make this the best headset I have ever owned. You need to pick one up too!

I'm giving it 5 stars because I hope the quality is like this, the items are for Christmas gifts and the day hasn't arrived yet. I hope that these products are worth what they cost, that they really deserve the 5 stars.

Imperfect but fantastic.

anonymous April 21, 2025

Great sound. Good comfort. The microphone is fantastic. The biggest weak point is the software. Buyer take note: if a firmware update is needed, download the update and then make sure all Razer programs are shut down. It is supposed to manually restart Razer software but it does not causing an error.

Good with caveats

Lazer November 30, 2024

First Razer headset that I actually like. Amazing microphone, great sidetone, comfortable, and honestly the best sounding gaming headset I've ever used. However there are a few issues I have with it. Sometimes the sound will crackle and have a sort of roboty effect (like as if I was 100ft away from the receiver) which is annoying. When it happens in game, it becomes very distracting because, in my case, it lasts for 10ish seconds before normalizing. Another thing I hate is is the build quality. It really sucks. The right hinge snapped after only TWO months of just normal use. I tried contacting Razer support, but they concluded that it was a user caused issue... Also, it doesn't have on board memory, so you have no choice but to keep Synapse open if you want to use any EQ or mic settings. It's really not that bad if PC is your main platform, but forget about using it with other consoles. Other than that, it seriously is a great headset, but I would take my issues into consideration.

great headset

Dravvis October 6, 2024

very good sound quality.. while the directional hearing isnt the best in the business its sounds great, it has multiple presets as well as a equilizer in the app for customization and you cant hear anything outside the headphones when wearing... mic is ultra clear and the battery will last you days of gameplay before needing a charge on full blast

Doesn't stay connected!

aaron October 4, 2024

Headset feels great and sounds great, when it wants to work. The 2023 version of the V2 Pros are having a known common issue with the headset not staying connected and just randomly just disconnecting and reconnecting. Razer doesn't help much but instead tries to replace it with another set that does the same thing. Best bet is get the V2 Pros (NON 2023).
