I really liked this product…I got it for my son for Christmas..Waited 4 days after it supposed to be delivered by FedEx..I really hope that the product works when open on Christmas Day because the box had real damage too it..Don't order this online if have to be delivered by FedEx..
Nice scooter for 8 year old boy. He cant get enough of this scooter. he would like it to go faster but we like it because he could get hurt if it went any faster. thank you!
I got this for my 8 y/o. If I've known I would've gotten the one with the real tires this is a bumpy ride that barely brake and you have to kick start to go. She likes it just a bit dangerous stopping
Got this for my sons birthday on Nov 28th after only two weeks the handlebars are twisting so that it's not in line with the wheel. No matter how many times we fix it and tighten the bolt as hard as we can it still does it. Not too happy I paid $75 and my kid doesn't even want to ride it now. He loved it before it did that and now the bars just mess up every time.
I bought this and it was already broken and it wasn't opened until it started to get warm out…. From the looks of it it was returned and resold it was dirty and messed up I was told I couldn't return it and corporate would get in touch with me and it is a year later and nobody still hasn't done anything…. My son was so disappointed and so was I….
The box was delivered with the picture right on the front which ruin the Element of surprise for my daughter because this was for Christmas. once we opened the package the scooter was too short and she had to lean down to reach handlebars. There was no way to adjust the height so we will return ASAP
If I could rate it with a zero stars I would. this rating isn't based on the product but the overall experience of ordering it and receiving what I received. I heard this as a store pickup a few days before Christmas and felt lucky that I got one of the last ones in the area for my son. upon receiving the box it was a little beat up which was a bit disappointing but I thought "it's the last one and it's really what's inside that counts". I opened it on Christmas Eve to put it together for my son and quickly determined that this was a completely use scooter. The tires were one skin pad was completely worn off and not to mention it didn't work at all or power on. completely disappointing for my son in the morning. I don't even blame the person that "brick in the box" returned it, but how does Walmart put it right back on their shelf to sell back to another customer? but that completely on Walmart.
so i bought this for my daughter xmas and the charger components dont work right. now i have to take it back to Wal-Mart. i dont know what to do as a return or what cause i have never had this issue.
We bought 3 of these for Christmas. One was broken after riding it one time. The other two broke the morning after Christmas. All three with the same problem. Started making a noise and then the bavk wheel locked up. Dont waste your money on these!
i like the product but first time ship to home and this is how they ship no box product is expose for everyone to see possibly a theft.
