This works great for us we are several miles away from tv stations. we get about 24 channels it's a good back up as well when storm take out the internet!💜

A while ago, I cut the cord and switched to streaming services for TV content. Though there is one problem with that - with a lot of these services you cannot get some or all of your local channels. And, if the internet is down, you have no TV at all. The solution is this RCA Extra-Large Ultra-Thin Amplified Indoor HDTV Antenna. I can watch all my local TV, with perfect reception, no internet or cable required. This antenna is very easy to install and use. The thin amplifier is placed on a window, which increases the clear, HDTV reception. An added plus, in the event of a power outage, this and the TV can be hooked up to a small solar or other backup battery and you can stay informed, as long as the local channels are transmitting. With its 65 mile range, you can always receive some programming. With this RCA antenna and a Roku or Fire Stick, I never expect to pay for cable again. Excellent reception - we now get twice as many channels compared to previous antennas. You will have no issues with having it inside in a window. Only item I could find fault with is that the antenna is rolled up in the box, which makes the metal portion a bit wavy. That does not seem to effect reception however.

I like the thin amplified indoor antenna, it is bigger than others flat antenna I ever have. I receive more channels (82 channels) with this longer size antenna. The most important is the channel that I love, finally I can watch that channel. In addition, I can use the TV USB port to power the antenna, I do not need a wall socket near by. Highly recommend!

Easy installation literally found channels just laying on the ground before found the best spot to hang it

Seems to be out of phase when hooked up with another exact model antenna. Cancels out sone stations, when piggybacked 3 feet or more away from each other. This is not normal. Alone, works good, but not at 65 miles. Solo, seems to work at 50 miles, WX considering. No obstacles between me and 50 mile away stations, pointing at the 50 mile away TX farm(s) in Southfield, MI. Station's signal patterns are covered in my area. I do understand ATSC (1.0 and 3.0/Nextgen), as I worked for abc-owned stations. Antenna should not null the other.

gets the same channels as my old antenna and my old antenna isn't an amplifier antenna so hmmm? 🤔🤔🤔🤔

I could not get this to work at all. This is the 3rd antenna I tried. The rabbit ears worked for a few days and gave me 4 channels. I wanted local chanel's but it was not to be. I am somewhat tech challenged so keep that in mind.

The antenna would not pick up any of my local channels, although that may very well be due to the mountainous region which is my home. I'll be returning it to Walmart, in hopes that someone else will purchase it and find that it works as expected for them.
